Block IE8

Here's the quick key to block IE 8 from installing before you are ready for it.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Setup\8.0

DWORD - DoNotAllowIE80 - set to 1 to prevent
